About Personal Training

If you’re looking for personal training, our individualized approach fits both your needs and your lifestyle! We offer personal training in Russian Kettlebells, Pilates, and Argentine Tango, and all training includes diet and lifestyle coaching as well! Andrea will help you define your goals and develop a training program tailored to help you achieve them. Choose to meet in-person or have your personal trainer at your fingertips with our online training option!

We generally set up online training through Skype or Google Hangouts, or over FaceTime. If you have a different connection preference please let us know!

Days and times are flexible except during scheduled group class times. Workshops and conferences are often scheduled on the weekends so please check the calendar to see a full schedule of existing engagements.
