About Kettlebell Training

Group Personal Training. Quick Workouts. Maximum Results.

Our Kettlebell Classes are offered in a group format, and all levels and abilities are welcome! Classes are 1-hour and feature a warm-up, sets of various exercises to give you a total-body workout, and end with a cool-down and stretching. Various sizes and weights of kettlebells are available for use during the class, and included in class fee.

Information & Registration

Group Kettlebell classes are open to the public. All you need to do is show up ready to work! All equipment (mats, kettlebells etc.) will be provided for use during the class.

Classes are $25/session, and fees can be paid at the class. You may also purchase packages of classes. Please find Andrea before or after class to discuss.

Participants should wear workout clothing and athletic or flat-soled shoes. Please avoid dangling or very loose-fitting clothing. Yoga-style attire is appropriate.
